{"id":197,"date":"2022-12-22T08:41:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-22T08:41:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jknsarawak.moh.gov.my\/hsa\/?page_id=197"},"modified":"2025-10-28T14:36:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T06:36:34","slug":"unit-dietetik-sajian","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jknsarawak.moh.gov.my\/hsa\/unit-dietetik-sajian\/","title":{"rendered":"UNIT DIETETIK &#038; SAJIAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfe5 UNIT DIETETIK DAN SAJIAN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc PENGENALAN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unit Dietetik dan Sajian adalah salah satu unit sokongan klinikal di <strong>Hospital Sri Aman, Sarawak<\/strong>, yang menyediakan dua jenis perkhidmatan iaitu <strong>perkhidmatan dietetik<\/strong> dan <strong>perkhidmatan sajian<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perkhidmatan dietetik klinikal<\/strong> diberikan kepada semua pesakit yang dirujuk oleh Pegawai Perubatan daripada wad, klinik pakar, klinik kesihatan dan Hospital Betong.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perkhidmatan sajian<\/strong> merangkumi penyediaan makanan kepada pesakit di dalam wad serta ahli keluarga dan kakitangan hospital yang layak. Unit ini menyediakan <strong>empat hidangan sehari<\/strong> kepada kira-kira 150 orang pesakit daripada Hospital Sri Aman I dan II, menggunakan sistem hybrid iaitu gabungan kaedah penghidangan berpusat dan penghidangan pukal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VISI \ud83c\udf1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Menjadi <strong>unit sajian dan dietetik yang profesional, selamat, dan inovatif<\/strong>, menyediakan pemakanan berkhasiat dan berkualiti tinggi bagi menyokong kesihatan pesakit dan staf hospital. \ud83e\udd57\ud83c\udfe5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MISI \ud83c\udfaf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menyediakan <strong>hidangan yang seimbang dan sesuai dengan keperluan pemakanan pesakit<\/strong> berdasarkan preskripsi dietetik. \ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f\ud83e\uddf4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memastikan <strong>kualiti, keselamatan makanan, dan standard kebersihan<\/strong> sentiasa dipatuhi. \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f\ud83e\uddf9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberi <strong>nasihat dan pendidikan dietetik<\/strong> kepada pesakit, keluarga, dan staf hospital. \ud83d\udcd8\ud83d\udc68\u200d\u2695\ufe0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melaksanakan <strong>latihan berterusan untuk kakitangan<\/strong> bagi meningkatkan kemahiran penyediaan makanan dan perkhidmatan dietetik. \ud83c\udf93\ud83d\udcbc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memperkukuhkan <strong>kerjasama dengan jabatan klinikal lain<\/strong> bagi menyokong rawatan dan pemulihan pesakit. \ud83e\udd1d\ud83d\udc9a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menjadi pusat rujukan untuk <strong>amalan dietetik dan penyediaan sajian terbaik<\/strong> di hospital. \ud83c\udf0f\u2728<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfaf OBJEKTIF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menyediakan <strong>perkhidmatan dietetik dan sajian berkualiti<\/strong> kepada pesakit, keluarga, dan kakitangan hospital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberi <strong>nasihat pemakanan klinikal<\/strong> untuk menyokong rawatan, pemulihan, dan pemeliharaan kesihatan pesakit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memastikan <strong>penyediaan makanan selamat dan berkhasiat<\/strong> mengikut keperluan dietetik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menyokong <strong>pendidikan pemakanan dan kesedaran kesihatan<\/strong> kepada pesakit, keluarga, dan komuniti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccb SKOP PERKHIDMATAN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Perkhidmatan Dietetik<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pegawai Dietetik yang berkelayakan bertanggungjawab memberikan perkhidmatan dietetik seperti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Medical Nutrition Therapy<\/strong> bagi pesakit dalam dan pesakit luar yang dirujuk oleh Pegawai Perubatan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lawatan ke <strong>Klinik Kesihatan Sri Aman<\/strong> dengan kekerapan <strong>2 kali sebulan<\/strong> dan ke <strong>Hospital Betong<\/strong> dengan kekerapan <strong>3 kali setahun<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberi <strong>pendidikan pemakanan<\/strong> kepada kakitangan, pesakit Hospital Sri Aman, dan orang awam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberi <strong>ceramah berkaitan pemakanan<\/strong> apabila dijemput.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Perkhidmatan Sajian<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Penolong Pegawai Penyediaan Makanan dan Pembantu Penyediaan Makanan menjalankan tugas <strong>di bawah penyeliaan Pegawai Dietetik<\/strong>, termasuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menyediakan makanan kepada <strong>pesakit dalam<\/strong> dan <strong>ahli keluarga yang layak<\/strong>, contohnya ibu menemani anak (<em>mother accompanying child<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menyediakan makanan (mengikut <strong>kelas 3<\/strong>) kepada <strong>doktor yang bertugas<\/strong>, termasuk yang bertugas di Dewan Bedah dan panggilan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membekalkan <strong>catuan bahan kering<\/strong> ke wad-wad bagi pesakit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><br>Unit Dietetik dan Sajian memastikan pesakit, keluarga, dan kakitangan hospital mendapat <strong>penyediaan makanan yang selamat, berkhasiat, dan berkesan<\/strong>, selaras dengan keperluan dietetik klinikal.
