{"id":739,"date":"2022-06-22T14:28:27","date_gmt":"2022-06-22T06:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jknsarawak.moh.gov.my\/hsarikei\/?page_id=739"},"modified":"2022-08-24T12:47:52","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T04:47:52","slug":"penyeliaan-jururawat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jknsarawak.moh.gov.my\/hsarikei\/penyeliaan-jururawat\/","title":{"rendered":"Kejururawatan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><b>INTRODUCTION<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Nursing Unit of Sarikei Hospital is managed by the \u201cKetua Penyelia Jururawat Hospital (KPJH)\u201d U42 assisted by 4 JU36 (Area Matron)<\/li>\n<li>Each Area Matron is in charge of:<\/li>\n<li>The Medical Department namely Medical Wards (Male &amp; Female), Hemodialysis Unit (HDU) and Infection Control Unit.<\/li>\n<li>Surgical Department &amp; Anesthesiology Discipline \u00a0namely Surgical Ward (Male &amp; Female), Intensive Care Unit, Operating Theatre &amp; CSSU.<\/li>\n<li>Obstetrics &amp; Gynecology and Pediatrics<\/li>\n<li>Outpatient Department consisting of Specialist Clinic and Emergency &amp; Trauma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><b>SCOPE OF SERVICE<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and implementation of the standard policy and procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Estimation and submission of request for nurses to achieve quality, effective and efficient nursing care.<\/li>\n<li>Manage staffing distributions and patterns based on skills, patients\u2019 needs and workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, implementing and evaluating of the nursing service.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor statistics and record keeping for all patients\u2019 care in the wards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor incident reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and evaluate plan of action for nursing unit.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of monthly or yearly reports according to schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Safeguard the welfare and safety of staff.
