INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Medical record unit is responsible in handling and safekeeping of \u00a0patients\u2019 medical record. The Medical Records Unit is located at level one (Location No. 112) adjacent to the hospital main\u00a0\u00a0It is at the same level with the Admission\/Revenue Counter\u00a0 and Specialist Clinic thus it is easily accessible for systematic transaction of Medical Report application and payment of medical report processing fees.<\/p>\n

  • Patient Medical Records management<\/li>\n
  • Library for Patient Care Information \/ statistics<\/li>\n
  • Clinical Classification of Diseases ( ICD coding )<\/li>\n
  • Medico-legal management ( include processing of medical reports )<\/li>\n
  • Resource Center for Research \/ studies<\/li>\n
  • Preparation and compilation of patient care statistical reports<\/li>\n
  • Cancer Registry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
