  1. Sign in Outpatient Pharmacy for the first time participating in this program.
  2. recognition from the date of appointment at least 3 working days before the date of taking the medication. (Not including weekends and public holidays)
  3. This service is limited to patients who take repeat prescriptions / medical.
  4. Bring the prescription slip and Card SMS & Take on medication.
  5. name, identity card (IC), no. register of members and the prescription is valid.
  6. drugs must be taken on the specified date.
