Quality Unit, Sarikei Hospital was formed on the 6 May 2015 in accordance with the letter KKM87/P3/12/6/3Jld.14 (21) dated 15 April 2015 which was issued out from Ministry of Health. The office of Quality Unit is located in specialist office at Level 2.
